Project Scope

Service: Crowdfunding Video Production Partner PlatformCrowdbase.eu Goal: Communicate Ask Wire’s business value and growth potential to investors Result (Crowdfunding is still active): Raised €150,000, exceeding the minimum target by €50,000 within just a few weeks

The Challenge

Ask Wire approached us ahead of their crowdfunding campaign on Crowdbase.eu, looking for a video that would do more than explain their product—it needed to build trust, excitement, and clarity for potential investors.

The challenge was twofold:

  • Communicate the technical value of a real estate data company in a way that was accessible and compelling

  • Capture the vision and credibility behind the brand to instill investor confidence

Our Approach

1. Business Analysis & Pre-Production

We started by immersing ourselves in Ask Wire’s business. We studied their investor pitch, business plan, and market positioning to fully understand their goals and what sets them apart.

This research informed our narrative structure and allowed us to approach the project with clarity and alignment from the start.

2. CEO Interview & Story Development

A key part of the video was a direct interview with CEO Pavlos Loizou, filmed at our sister company, LCA Studios, in a sound-isolated space designed for polished audio and controlled visuals.

Our team guided Pavlos through the interview process—asking strategic questions and providing direction to ensure a natural flow that aligned with the message and tone of the campaign.

The CEO later shared that we were one of the few teams who truly understood his company’s vision and could translate it visually.

3. Visual Execution & Editing

The edit brought together brand visuals, subtle motion graphics, and clean data visualization—complementing Pavlos’s insights with a cinematic and professional look. The tone was confident, modern, and clear—perfectly in line with Ask Wire’s identity.

4. Strategic Collaboration

The campaign was launched via Crowdbase.eu, a platform we’ve partnered with on several successful projects. The synergy between Ask Wire’s campaign, our video, and the platform itself led to a strong rollout.

The Result

The crowdfunding campaign:

  • Reached €150,000 in a matter of weeks

  • Surpassed the minimum funding goal by €50,000

  • Helped Ask Wire strengthen its position as a leader in real estate intelligence

The video became a core element of the campaign’s communication strategy, serving not just as a pitch tool, but as a brand-defining piece of content.

What We Learned

  • Great crowdfunding content starts long before the camera rolls.

  • Spending time on research and client collaboration is key to clarity and alignment.

  • A good interview is more than a Q&A—it’s guided, thoughtful storytelling.

  • Visual storytelling in the startup space must be both credible and emotionally engaging.

Looking Ahead

At Multians, we’re proud to be the ongoing video partner for platforms like Crowdbase.eu and startups like Ask Wire. This project reinforced the importance of listening deeply, asking the right questions, and building narratives that help businesses grow.
